FAQ

• Where can I wash my car?
  The Building does not have a dedicated washing bay, please utilise car wash service providers like Hoppy's. Do not wash vehicles in common driveways or your parking space.

• Where can my visitors park?
  Visitors must park in the clearly marked visitor bays and scan the QR code to register their parking. Failure to do so will result the vehicle being towed. Residents are not permitted to use visitor parking at any time. 

• Where do I take the rubbish?
  Please take all household rubbish to the designated bin area located on the outside of building via the driveway on Agnes Street. Bags must be sealed to prevent spillage and odour. 

• How do I dispose of recycling?
  Use the yellow-lidded bin at the bin area. Please flatten cardboard boxes before disposing of them.

• What do I do with large items like white goods or furniture?
  Do not leave furniture or appliances in the bin area. You must arrange a private collection or take them to the tip. Brisbane City Council prohibits disposal of whitegoods, furniture and other hazardous items. Fees incurred as a result of illegal disposal will be on-charged to the lot-owner.  

• Am I allowed to have a pet?
  Pets require written approval from the community corporation before moving in.

• What are the rules for common areas?
  Please keep shoes on, clean up after yourself, and ensure noise is kept to a minimum when moving through shared pathways.
